At Maple Territory, every item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or change of mind.

We strongly recommend reviewing the size chart before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number  
- A description of the issue  
- Clear photos of the item  

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you and work toward a resolution.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the carrier first. Maple Territory is not responsible for lost or stolen items after confirmed delivery.
